Anyone have any good diet tips/plans that actually worked?

I am a bit overweight and looking to drop a couple of pounds and tone up and would be very greatful for any advice about things that have actually worked im a gym member and go 3 times a week, doing running and weights any diet tips with how long they took for you to lose weight and any exercise tips to lose weight and tone up many thanks
1.reduce your meals by 1/2.. you’ll feel hungry at first but graduallly your stomach will reduce and get “smaller” but it will leave less room for your stomach to intake more food in the end! 2. drink water! you’ll have to go to the restroom alot but this is a easy way to lose weight and keep your body hydrated and healthy at the same time 3. keep going to the gym!

How do I lose weight fast and healthy?

I need to lose at least 50 pounds fairly quickly. I do a bit of strength training with free weights already, and I don’t eat a lot of food. I don’t want to kill myself, but I do need to lose the weight fast. Anyone have any good suggestions?
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily. ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Simply by carefully choosing how and when to eat, and of course..WHAT to eat was the secret ingredient in my own transformation.  Many people find the greatest gains or in this case losses… come from the time when they are enjoying food the most, both in quantity as well as quality.  Knowledge is this sense truly is both power, and powerful!

Does anyone have tips to lose weight faster with walking?

I am trying to get more active. I want to lose weight with walking or jogging, but when I jog it hurts my knees. Any tips?
Weights. Doing multiple reps with light weights will burn more fat calories than walking or jogging. Especially since your knee hurts. Walking is better exercise than running if you are a woman. Walking for 30 minutes everyday will show you some results but walking combined with weight training will have you slim in no time at all.
